Terms - Buyers Please Read
Carefully:
Terms of Sale: All lots are sold "As Is Where
Is" The buyer is solely responsible for determining if the merchandise
meets buyer's needs. All sales are final.
Items must be paid for and scheduled
for shipment or pickup within 5 business days of the sale. No item
will be shipped prior to payment being received in full including any
additional fees and applicable taxes. All sales are final with no
returns.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover and PayPal. When payment clears the item will be
available for shipment. No item will be shipped prior to payment being
received in full including additional fees and applicable taxes.
Please remit payment or contact us within 3 days. If we have not
received payment or contact within 7 days we will consider the sale to
be voided.
Michigan Customers: We are a Michigan based
company and as such are required to collect state sales tax from
Michigan residents. If you are buying wholesale lots for resale we do
need to have a sales tax exemption certificate from the State of
Michigan before we can waive the sales tax.
International Customers: Buyers are
responsible for all import duties, taxes and/or broker fees. Please
check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges as
well as packaging and handling if applicable. We do not add extra to
the shipping fees charged by UPS and USPS. They are high enough
already. It is also our policy to not charge extra for handling and
packaging unless the size or fragility of the item warrants it.
